Building on the game-changing revelations of the first season, the story expands considerably, centering on the scheming media overlord Vox as he takes command of the narrative, sparking a chain of ever-more explosive confrontations that inevitably end in show-stopping musical numbers.

While it may lack a single breakout song on the level of season one's "iconic tune," this is due to everything in this season being more interwoven. The action, character arcs, and above all the music are all elevated. The story moves the main plot dramatically while delivering no shortage of weird, unhinged, and simply fun fantasy.

8. Daredevil: Born Again

Following the legendary Netflix show, this series faced immense shoes to fill. After significant production challenges, the final show proves to be worth the effort. The story follows Matt Murdock after his dual life as Daredevil is exposed, making him vulnerable to foes both past and present in a refreshed version of his well-known setting.

6. Fallout Season 2

The hit series based on the iconic video game series came back with a new season of stories that deepened its sprawling mystery and expanded its post-apocalyptic world. Although it travels toward the legendary location of New Vegas, the season is not a direct adaptation of that game; instead, it further explore ideas of authority and autonomy.
